Dallas Dance Festival Online Registration

Our hotel venue is conveniently located at DFW. If you're driving in, please use the "Ticket Only" lanes to enter. The hotel will validate your ticket. If you choose the toll or toll/ticket lanes, your ticket cannot be validated.

Here are some important directions for driving to the hotel:

1. As you approach the airport, make sure your GPS does not have the "No tolls" option activated; otherwise, you might end up circling the airport.
2. When you arrive, use one of the two right-hand lanes marked "Ticket Only." Take a ticket from the machine.
3. Before you leave the airport, bring your ticket to the hotel front desk or concierge to validate it. If your stay is less than 24 hours, only a validated ticket is required. If your stay exceeds 24 hours, you'll need both your validated ticket and a validation form which will be filled out and provided to you by the hotel front desk or concierge staff. 
4. When departing, use your validated ticket at the "Cash Only" exit gate.

Important Note: If you use your toll tag instead of taking a ticket, neither the hotel, Dallas Dance Festival or Midnight Madness can refund you. To avoid issues, please stick to the "Ticket Only" route.

 A walking path from Terminal C to the Hyatt Regency DFW, is available starting at Terminal C, upper level across from Gates 19/20. Walking path will require to you to following the signage leading you through the Terminal C parking garage and continued through the separate Hyatt Regency DFW Terminal C parking garage, and then proceeding to hotel lobby. Walking path to Hotel from Terminal C is ONLY recommended for guests traveling with 1 or less pieces of luggage, as the path will lead through multiple sets of stairs before reaching the Hyatt Regency DFW. 

 Guests of Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport enjoy complimentary 24/7 shuttle service between the hotel and all DFW terminals. To request a Hyatt shuttle pickup from any terminal, please call +1 972 453 1234 OR text +1 972 325 0899 once you have arrived at the Purple Courtesy Pickup area within your terminal. There are two pickup points within each terminal, both located outside on the lower ground level. Designated Hyatt shuttle pickup points are located at: A8 & A39, B4 & B48, C3, D6 & D38 and E2 & E38. When calling or texting, please include your name, terminal, gate number and the number of people within your party.
